A private bank owned by no one but its founding families. That independence is not a detail of our structure; it is the reason clients trust us with capital meant to outlive them.
Our Mission
To manage, protect, and grow our clients’ wealth with complete independence — offering advice shaped by analysis rather than by products we have been asked to sell.
Our Vision
To remain the private bank that clients hand down to the next generation, known for judgment, discretion, and relationships that outlast market cycles.
Capital Heritage began as a single-family office and grew into a full private bank without losing the habits that origin instilled: patient capital, direct relationships, and decisions made by people who know the client personally. We serve private clients, families, institutions, and independent asset managers — each with the same standard of attention.
Our open-architecture model means we select from the whole market rather than a house product shelf. Nothing enters a client portfolio because it is ours; it enters because it is the right instrument for that mandate. Where we cannot add value, we say so — and that candour is what our clients tell us they value most.
Across wealth management, asset management, fund servicing, and pension planning, the offering is coordinated rather than compartmentalised. One team, one view of the client’s position, and one point of accountability for the whole of it.
From a Single Family Office to a Full Swiss Private Bank
What began as an arrangement to manage one family’s capital became, over three decades, an institution managing many. The scale changed; the governing principle did not — that wealth is best stewarded by people who are accountable, reachable, and in it for the long term.
Each stage of our growth has been deliberate. We have added capabilities when clients needed them and declined the ones that would have compromised our independence. That discipline is why we remain family-controlled today.

The Principles Behind Everything We Do
Independence Ownership
sits with our founding families. No parent company, no external shareholders, and no quarterly pressure shaping the advice we give.
Stewardship
We treat client capital as something held in trust, not traded on. Preservation comes before performance, because a portfolio that cannot survive a bad decade never reaches the good one.
Conviction
Open architecture only works if someone is willing to choose. We take positions, explain the reasoning, and stand behind them when they are tested.
Proximity
Clients speak directly to the people who set strategy and approve credit. Decisions move in days because the chain of command is short by design.
Transparency
Fees, holdings, and reasoning are disclosed in plain language. If a recommendation cannot be explained simply, it is not ready to be made.
Discretion
Confidentiality is a professional obligation, not a marketing claim. What clients tell us stays with the people who need to know it.
